TGS Ground Services established as a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Havaş( Havaalanları Yer Hizmetleri A.Ş. ) has been ground handling bussiness since 1 January 2010.

TGS continues its operation in 9 Airports in Turkey; Atatürk Airport, Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Esenboğa Airport, Adnan Menderes Airport, Antalya Airport, Adana Airport, Dalaman Airport, Milas-Bodrum Airport for more than 200 airlines by providing ground handling services.

TGS offers ground handling services with international quality standards for more than 104 million passengers and 709 thousand flights of domestic and foreign airlines with over 8 thousand equipments and over 15 thousand personnel.

TGS, provides ramp, operations, cargo and passenger services within the framework of Airports Ground Handling Regulations, with customer satisfaction basis and quality service concept.

TGS has TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 10002:2015 Customer Satisfaction&Complaints Handling Management System, TS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, TS EN ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, TS EN ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, , TS ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas Calculation and Verification Management System Certificates for Headquarters and all Stations.

TGS has ISAGO Certificate for Head Office and İstanbul Station.
