Featuring models like B747,B767, B757 and B737, SF Airlines has been steadily expanding its fleet size since its first flight operation. As of September 2019, SF Airlines owns a fleet of 57 freighters. SF Airlines is now the biggest freight airlines with the largest fleet size in China.

At the end of 2017, SF Airlines successfully bought two B747-400ERF aircrafts through online auction, since then, SF has become the first express company in China that owns Boeing 747 freighters. October 2018, the 1th B747-400ERF was put into operation，and the second B747 officially returned and put into operation in August 2019.
