‘Gallery to Fly’ company was founded on the basis of one the most popular Moscow restaurant ‘Gallery Café’ in 2007. For more than 10 years we have been providing onboard catering for business aviation. During this time, ‘Gallery to fly ' has become a reliable partner for many private jet operators and private customers.
Today the menu of ‘Galley to fly’ company is made in such a way as to satisfy all the diverse needs of private aviation passengers. For those people who prefer to eat familiar and understandable food we offer a wide variety of traditional dishes prepared with high-quality products. Passengers, who prefer to discover new flavors and unusual products’ combinations, could always try specialties developed by our Chef. Also we pay special attention to vegetarian dishes, which are presented in a separate section of our menu.
We are constantly improving the processes and methods of packaging and transportation, so that the passenger could get the dishes of the restaurant level. All the ingredients of the dishes are compactly and tightly packaged, and delivered to the airport in specially-equipped cars.
For the convenience of the flight attendant and to reduce serving time, we provide detailed instructions for the preparation and a photo of each dish.
