Cherokee Air is a private charter plane company based in Abaco, Bahamas, serving the Islands of the Bahamas and southeastern Florida since 1987. We are available for charters 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Cherokee Air’s goal is to provide safe, reliable transportation to and from the islands of the Bahamas and nearby Florida. Our pilots are fully certified, highly trained professionals who enjoy the art of flying. Cherokee Air maintains a high standard training program which exceeds FAA standards.

Cherokee Air currently owns and operates two Piper Aztec, which is capable of carrying five passengers, and a new Cessna Caravan, a jet prop aircraft that is capable of carrying up to nine passengers, all of which are highly maintained above industry standards.

Cherokee Air opened its operation in 1987 as a private charter company, providing safe, reliable transportation to and from the islands of the Bahamas and nearby Florida.

Cherokee Aviation opened its operation in 2004 as a Fixed Base Operations (FBO) facility Located at Marsh Harbour International Airport (MYAM) in Abaco, Bahamas, offering a full line of amenities for private planes and pilots.
