Wherever we're needed!
Aspen Medical is a leading provider of Aeromedical Evacuation Services (AME) to clients operating in West Africa.
Linking Aspen’s Monrovia and Freetown clinics with regional healthcare centers, remote operating locations, and a broader aviation network, Aspen Medical Aviation offers clients a complete solution from injury or illness through to definitive care.
Utilizing a fully configured Beechcraft 1900C air ambulance based at James Spriggs Payne Airport in Monrovia, Aspen serves a wide range of clients in the West African regional market.
The 1900C operates under South African registration with a Part 138 air ambulance certification. The Part 138 certification is the South African Civil Aviation Authority’s regulatory endorsement to conduct AME operations.
The 138 certification is the highest standard available on the African continent, commensurate with European and United States standards. Under this regulatory protocol, all aircrew are required to attend rigorous professional training for aeromedical evacuation operations.
Aspen’s B1900C air ambulance can be configured with up to four Spectrum AeroMed advanced life support systems.
Custom packages are available for organizations, companies, and individuals desiring to enter into long-term contracts with minimum monthly hour guarantees.
