In 2025, we’ve introduced significant improvements to our Flight Time Calculator and expanded its capabilities by launching a new tool — the Aviapages Charter Flight Time & Price Calculator.

The updated solution gives you greater control over aircraft performance parameters, fuel planning, routing logic, and pricing — while keeping calculations fast, accurate, and easy to use.

We’d love your feedback and invite you to explore the new calculator in action.

What’s new:

Up to 10× faster calculations: significantly improved processing speed for high-volume requests and real-time quoting.

Preliminary flight price calculation: instantly estimate flight price based on calculated flight time and pricing profile.

Custom pricing profiles: create and apply your own pricing logic (rates, margins, fuel, hourly costs, etc.) for tailored price estimates.

Aircraft profile editor interface: create and manage custom profiles; edits are available immediately in the API.

Tail number linking: option to link aircraft by tail number and have a custom profile for it.

Extra fuel on board: accounts for fuel carried beyond required trip fuel; useful for multi-leg flights without refueling.

Block fuel display: total fuel required for the flight.

List of crossed countries & FIRs: get all countries & flight information regions the airway route passes through.

Carbon emissions: estimated CO₂ output for the flight.

Additional API changes:
Dynamic weight & fuel customization: set weights in requests as parameters.

Dynamic cruise speeds & echelons: set cruise speed tables in requests as parameters.

Custom payload: set an exact payload amount for higher accuracy or cargo flight calculations.

Degradation factor: adjusts calculations for performance loss due to aircraft aging and wear.

Automatic “Efficiency Mode”: if a calculation fails due to weight or fuel limitations, it is recalculated using the most efficient flight mode.

Wind impact display: average wind speed value.

These updates are built to reflect real-world operations and help you calculate flight time and pricing with more confidence — whether you’re working on a single leg or complex multi-segment missions.
