The Charter Quote tool was designed to connect charter operators with brokers worldwide, promote fleets, send quotes, and secure the best deals.

Being a Top-Suggested Operator

When a broker creates a request, the Aviapages system considers various factors such as flight data and selected options (onboard services, year of manufacture or refurbishment, sleeping places, luggage volume, etc.). If this information is provided on the aircraft profile page, the operator can receive more valuable requests. Additionally, operators' profiles include labels like Verified Schedule, Response Rate, and Response Time, which are also considered when Aviapages generates the list of operators to inquire. The base airport and positioning are taken into account as well. Operators closest to the departure point with the best response rate and time will be displayed at the top. Following these tips can help guarantee a high position in the list and secure relevant deals.

For the best operator experience with the Aviapages Charter Quote tool, we recommend activating the integration with Flight Operating and Management Systems such as FL3XX, Leon, or Skylegs. This integration includes synchronization of schedules, empty legs, and quotes between your FOS and Aviapages, ensuring you receive relevant requests and are positioned as a top suggested operator for charter inquiries.

Another option is to incorporate Aviapages' Flight Time Calculation into your FOS profile, which helps minimize commercial errors and generate instant quotes. For more information and to activate the integration, visit the main page of our website or navigate to the "More products" menu.

Handling New Requests

Operators receive an email notification about new requests, which contains information about the route, schedule, chosen aircraft type/class, and broker’s contact details (name, phone number, and email).

Clicking the "Reply" button takes you to the Proposition or Quote creation page. We recommend using the Proposition page because it influences your Response Rate and Response Time.

The Proposition page shows the route, schedule, and broker's rating (trusted score, which considers the broker’s profile details, membership period, and level of platform usage). To create the offer, the operator should select one of the aircraft from their fleet (or linked to their profile on Aviapages), indicate the price and currency. The flight time can be calculated as well by checking the aircraft schedule and price accuracy.

Operators can also leave comments or add other available aircraft to the offer. Including the responsible manager’s name helps ensure the best communication with the broker. Once completed, the operator sends the quotation.

If no aircraft are available, the operator can respond "Not available" with one click. If the broker's trust score is poor or the operator does not want to receive requests from them, the broker can be blacklisted.

If any errors occur, press "Report a problem" and describe the issue in the opened window.

Managing Requests and Quotations

The Operator Dashboard was designed to manage requests and quotations efficiently. Access the Dashboard by pressing "My company." All requests contain information about the broker, flight, and quoted price. Requests awaiting a reply are marked with the button “Make offer,” which transfers you to the Proposition page.

Operators can monitor “Missed” requests or edit the price if the schedule has changed. All brokers can be contacted via phone call, email, or Aviapages' in-site messenger.

By leveraging the Charter Quote tool and following these best practices, you can streamline the process of receiving and responding to charter requests, ultimately increasing your sales while spending less time creating offers. Ensure your aircraft profiles are complete and up-to-date, promptly respond to requests, and utilize the Operator Dashboard to manage your inquiries effectively. This approach will help you maintain a strong presence in the marketplace and build successful partnerships with brokers worldwide. Happy flying!
