Duncan Aviation Battle Creek has been awarded $90,000 for the Going PRO Training Fund. The Going PRO Training Fund makes awards to employers to assist technicians in training, developing, and retaining current and newly hired employees.
As a result, the training will contribute to succession planning and career advancement of our technicians, and we will be able to continue to hire additional technicians that will begin a training process of using classroom, computer-based training, and on the job experience to become proficient technicians.
