Gama Aviation has acquired Austrian business jet operator Tyrolean Jet Services (TJS) and its Maltese subsidiary, TJS Malta. The acquisition strategy bolsters Gama's presence in Europe, boosting its operational capabilities, service offerings, and global aircraft management services.


Strengthening operations across Europe in the market


Through the merger of TJS's Maltese and Austrian Air Operator Certificates (AOCs), Gama Aviation has achieved better operational flexibility in key European countries. This moves the company more of the way to providing operations with better efficiency, where the plane owners and charter customers will obtain the best benefits in different areas.


As claimed by Gama Aviation, the acquisition of TJS is in line with their intention to grow their managed fleet to the extent of 40–50 aircraft depending on the request from clients.
