AB Jets team in growing and we are looking for an Aviation Services Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for assisting our Aviation Sales Team in a multitude of tasks including: negotiating hotel rates and coordinating car reservations for our crews/clients, data entry, directing aircraft services such as jet fuel price negotiations, and answering phones. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office • Must be comfortable on the phone • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be a team player • Must be detail oriented • Previous customer service experience a plus Position will be full-time salaried position with pay at $35,000/year. Benefits include employer paid health insurance; 401k (with employer match) after the first year. Hours will be Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm.
