charter operator

We go further

Incorporating Yellow Wings Air Services in 1996 and receiving the first Air Operators Certificate with the 2-seater SuperCub in 1998, Christian was initially flying salespeople of agro-chemical companies to remote farms and businesses in Kenya. This soon evolved into a charter and passenger transport service with flights across a much larger region.

In April 1998, Yellow Wings acquired a 4 seater C182 and in 2003 went on to acquire its first of two, piston-powered C206 aircraft.

With a fleet of 4-piston aeroplanes from 2-6 seaters, Yellow Wings spread its wings and expanded into the expansive commuter market.

In 2010, the company ventured into turbine engine operations, acquiring its first Cessna 208 Grand Caravan brand new from the factory.
The venture was such a success, that in 2011 Yellow Wings added a second Cessna Caravan and in 2019 it added its third. Yellow Wings now operate 3 Cessna Caravan turbine aircraft and no longer operates any piston aircraft.

The Cessna 208 Caravan is a short-haul regional aircraft that is built in the United States by Cessna. These are a modern fleet of Turbine powered aeroplanes with the latest state-of-the-art instrumentation giving Yellow Wings the highest level of operational reliability.
