In 1988 Phil Kelsey joined Wayne in Reliant Air Charter, Inc. in developing a signature Air Carrier now with Jets and Turboprop Aircraft. Together, Wayne & Phil have organized a complete service FBO (fixed based operator) in Danbury, Connecticut (DXR) with a new building in 2008 and became one of the entire Northeast’s premium aircraft operator.
