The Eurocopter (formerly known as Aérospatiale, today as Airbus Helicopter) AS 350 Ecureuil (Squirrel) is a light single-engine multipurpose helicopter. On 14 May 2005 an AS 350 B3+ was the first helicopter landing on the peak of the Mount Everest (8,848 m).
