Provo Air Center Welcome Snacks and Drinks - prepared and served by our 'housekeeping staff. We typically serve cold towels, mini rum punches, pretty macarons and our special little conch bites, which we like to call 'welcome conchtails' as a wordplay joke. It's conch salad, which is ceviche made with our local queen conch, served in little cucumber cups.
