On July 30, 2008, the Piper PA-47 PiperJet took off for the first time. Unlike other aircraft of this class, it was equipped with single turbojet engine. Unfortunately, the N360PJ was the only one: the production program for this type of aircraft was cancelled in October 2011 for economic reasons.
