NBAA’s Regulatory Issues Advisory Group has assembled a list of answers to commonly asked questions about the new federal rule for air charter brokers. The rule, which takes effect today, establishes a new 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 295, Air Charter Brokers, and revises 14 CFR 298, Exemptions for Air Taxi and Commuter Air Carrier Operations.
