3) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER INDONESIA BY CONTINUING TO FOLLOW STRICT HEALTH PROTOCOLS AS SET BY THE GOVERNMENT. 


4) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR FOREIGNERS CAN ENTER THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA WITH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA AS FOLLOWS: BY THE MINISTRY IN CHARGE OF GOVERNANCE IN THE FIELDS OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS, TRAVEL CORRIDOR ARRANGEMENTS (TCA), AND/OR MINISTRY/INSTITUTIONS. 


5) TERMS/REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER INDONESIAN TERRITORY THROUGH THE ENTRY POINT IS AS FOLLOWS: GOVERNMENT, APPLICATION AND DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION BEFORE DEPARTURE, RECEIVED A SECOND DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINE AT LEAST 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE AS A REQUIREMENT ENTER INDONESIA WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

(1) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VACCINE WILL BE VACCINATED AT THE ENTRY POINT OF OVERSEAS TRAVEL AFTER DONE RIGHT TURN PCR EXAMINATION ON ARRIVAL WITH NEGATIVE RESULT OR IN A QUARANTINE PLACE AFTER INSPECTION SECOND RTPCR WITH NEGATIVE RESULT, 

(2) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR FOREIGNERS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VACCINE WILL BE VACCINATED AT THE ENTRY POINT OF OVERSEAS TRAVEL AFTER DONE RIGHT TURN PCR EXAMINATION ON ARRIVAL WITH NEGATIVE RESULT OR IN A QUARANTINE PLACE AFTER INSPECTION THE SECOND RTPCR WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS, PROVIDED THAT AS FOLLOWS: 

(A) 6 - 17 YEARS OLD, 

(B) HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC RESIDENCE PERMITS AND OFFICIAL RESIDENCE PERMITS, AND/OR ( PERMIT. 

(3) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR FOREIGNERS WHO ARE ALREADY IN INDONESIA AND WILL TRAVEL, BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONALLY, ARE REQUIRED TO VACCINATE THROUGH A PROGRAM SCHEME OR GOTONG ROYONG ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE LEGISLATION, 

(4) THE CARD/CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) HAS RECEIVED SECOND DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH, OTHER THAN THE LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. 

(D) OBLIGATION TO SHOW VACCINATION CARD OR CERTIFICATE COVID19 (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER 

(1) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNERS HOLDING DIPLOMATIC VISAS AND SERVICE VISAS RELATED TO OFFICIAL VISITS/STATE OFFICIALS FOREIGN MINISTERS AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL AND ABOVE AND FOREIGNERS WHO ENTER INDONESIA WITH THE TRAVEL CORRIDOR ARRANGEMENT SCHEME, ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLE OF RECIPROCITY BY CONTINUING TO APPLY STRICT HEALTH PROTOCOLS, 

(2) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNERS WHO HAVE NOT VACCINATED AND INTENDS TO TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY WITHIN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY BY FLIGHT INTERNATIONAL OUT OF THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA, IT IS ALLOWED NOT TO SHOW THE CARD/CERTIFICATE COVID-19 VACCINATION AS LONGITUDE AS YOU DON'T LEAVE THE AREA AIRPORT DURING TRANSIT WAITING FOR FLIGHT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL TO BE FOLLOWED, WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: 

(A) HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED BY THE PORT HEALTH OFFICE LOCAL TO TRAVEL DOMESTIC IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY WITH INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS OUT OF INDONESIAN TERRITORY, AND 

(B) SHOWS THE FLIGHT TICKET SCHEDULE ABROAD INDONESIA FOR DIRECT TRANSIT FROM THE CITY DEPARTURE TO THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN TERRITORY OF INDONESIA WITH THE FINAL DESTINATION TO THE COUNTRY OBJECTIVE. 

(3) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, AND 

(4) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FULL DOSE OF VACCINATION WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE ISOLATION OR TREATMENT COVID-19 AND HAS BEEN DECLARED INACTIVE IN TRANSMITTING COVID-19, WITH THE REQUIREMENT TO ATTACH A LETTER DOCTOR'S STATEMENT FROM THE STATE GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL DEPARTURE OR THE MINISTRY THAT ORGANIZES GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS IN THE HEALTH SECTOR IN THE COUNTRY DEPARTURE STATING THAT THE CONCERNED IS NO LONGER ACTIVELY TRANSMITTING COVID-19 OR COVID-19 RECOVERY CERTIFICATE, 

(5) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR DISEASE COMORBIDITIES THAT CAUSE TRAVELERS NOT TO CAN RECEIVE THE VACCINE, WITH MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ATTACH A DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE FROM THE HOSPITAL THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COUNTRY OF DEPARTURE WHICH STATES THAT THE PERSON CONCERNED HAS NOT AND/OR CANNOT FOLLOWING THE COVID-19 VACCINATION. 

E] IN THE EVENT THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WILL CARRY OUT CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE BY SELF-FINANCING, MUST SHOW PROOF OF CONFIRMATION PAYMENT FOR BOOKING QUARANTINE ACCOMMODATION FROM ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER WHILE STAYING IN INDONESIA, F] FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNERS, ATTACH PROOF OF INSURANCE OWNERSHIP HEALTH, WHICH INCLUDES FINANCING FOR HANDLING COVID-19 AND MEDICAL EVACUATION TO A REFERRAL HOSPITAL WITH MINIMUM SUM INSURED AS DETERMINED BY ORGANIZER, MANAGER, OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT, G] UPON ARRIVAL, INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS IS REQUIRED TO UNDERGO CHECK FOR SYMPTOMS RELATED TO COVID-19 INCLUDING CHECKING BODY TEMPERATURE AND CONTINUING WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

(1) IN THE EVENT THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS IS DETECTED AS HAVING SYMPTOMS RELATED TO COVID-19 AND/OR HAVE A BODY TEMPERATURE ABOVE 37.5 DEGREES CELSIUS, MUST UNDERGO RE-EXAMINATION RIGHT TURN PCR WITH COSTS BORNE BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS AND THE COSTS ARE BORNE INDEPENDENTLY FOR FOREIGNERS, OR 

(2) IN THE EVENT THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS IS DETECTED, IT DOES NOT HAVE THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS RELATED TO COVID-19 AND HAVING A BODY TEMPERATURE OF BELOW 37.5 DEGREES CELSIUS, CAN CONTINUE THE JOURNEY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

(A) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET VACCINATED OR HAVE RECEIVED THE FIRST DOSE OF VACCINE AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, REQUIRED TO QUARANTINE FOR 5 CROSS 24 HOURS, 

(B) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE SECOND DOSE OF VACCINE OR THIRD AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, ALLOWED TO CONTINUE JOURNEY, 

(C) SPECIAL PROTECTION, THEN QUARANTINE ARRANGEMENTS FOLLOW THE PROVISIONS APPLIED TO PARENTS OR CAREGIVER/TRAVEL COMPANION, OR 

(D) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR COMORBID DISEASE THAT CAUSES THE ERPETRATOR THE TRIP HAS NOT AND/OR CANNOT FOLLOW COVID19 VACCINATION, ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TRAVEL WITH REQUIRED TO ATTACH A LETTER DOCTOR'S STATEMENT FROM THE STATE GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL DEPARTURE STATING THAT THE CONCERNED HAS NOT AND/OR CANNOT FOLLOW COVID-19 VACCINATION. 

(H) AFTER RIGHT TURN PCR SAMPLING ON ARRIVAL AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER 

G] NUMBER (1), INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS CONTINUE WITH: 

(1) INSPECTION OF IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS AND CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS EXCISE DUTY, 

(2) BAGGAGE COLLECTION AND BAGGAGE DISINFECTION, 

(3) PICK UP AND DROP OFF DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL, PLACE LODGING ACCOMMODATION, OR RESIDENCE, 

(4) WAITING FOR THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR EXAMINATION IN THE HOTEL ROOM, A ROOM AT AN INN ACCOMMODATION, OR A PLACE LIVE, AND 

(5) NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL ROOM, A ROOM AT AN IN ACCOMMODATION, OR A PLACE STAY AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE THE RESULTS OF THE RTPCR EXAMINATION SHOWS NEGATIVE RESULTS. 

I) IN THE EVENT THAT THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR RE-EXAMINATION AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER G] NUMBER (1) SHOWS A NEGATIVE RESULT, THEN THE PROVISIONS APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

(1) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET VACCINATED OR HAVE RECEIVED THE FIRST DOSE OF VACCINE FOR AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO QUARANTINE FOR 5 CROSS 24 HOURS, 

(2) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE SECOND DOSE OF VACCINE OR THIRD AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY, 

(3) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND/OR IN NEED SPECIAL PROTECTION, THEN QUARANTINE SETTINGS FOLLOW THE RULES THAT APPLY TO PARENTS OR CAREGIVER/TRAVEL COMPANION, OR 

(4) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR DISEASES COMORBIDITIES THAT CAUSE TRAVELERS TO HAVE NOT AND/OR UNABLE TO FOLLOW THE COVID-19 VACCINATION, ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY WITH MANDATORY ATTACH A DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE FROM THE HOSPITAL THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COUNTRY OF DEPARTURE WHICH STATES THAT THE PERSON CONCERNED HAS NOT AND/OR CANNOT FOLLOWING THE COVID-19 VACCINATION. 

J) IN THE EVENT THAT THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS HAS OBTAINED A NEGATIVE RESULT ON RIGHT TURN PCR RE-EXAMINATION ON ARRIVAL AND ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER I) NUMBER (2) AND LETTER I) NUMBER (4),IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CARRY OUT SELF-MONITORING OF HEALTH AGAINST THE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 FOR 14 DAYS BY APPLYING HEALTH PROTOCOLS, 

K) IN THE EVENT THAT THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR RE-EXAMINATION AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER 

G] NUMBER (1) SHOWS A POSITIVE RESULT, THEN FOLLOW-UP WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

(1) IF ASYMPTOMATIC OR EXPERIENCING MILD SYMPTOMS, ISOLATED/TREATED IN ISOLATION HOTELS OR FACILITIES CENTRALIZED ISOLATION IMPOSED BY THE GOVERNMENT OR ISOLATION INDEPENDENT AT HOME WITH ISOLATION/TREATMENT TIME ACCORDING TO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MINISTRY THAT ORGANIZES AFFAIRS GOVERNMENT IN THE HEALTH SECTOR, OR 

(2) IF ACCOMPANIED BY MODERATE OR SEVERE SYMPTOMS, AND/OR WITH UNCONTROLLED COMORBIDITIES, ISOLATED OR TREATMENT AT A COVID-19 REFERRAL HOSPITAL WITH ISOLATION/TREATMENT TIME ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR'S RECOMMENDATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE MINISTRY THAT CARRIES OUT THE AFFAIRS GOVERNMENT IN THE HEALTH SECTOR AND 

(3) ALL COSTS OF HANDLING COVID-19 AND MEDICAL EVACUATION FOR FOREIGNERS ARE CHARGED INDEPENDENTLY, WHILE FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS BORNE BY THE GOVERNMENT. L) QUARANTINE OBLIGATIONS AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER G] NUMBER (2) ITEM (A) AND LETTER I) NUMBER (1) IS EXECUTED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

(1) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZENS, NAMELY INDONESIAN MIGRANT WORKERS, STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES AT OVERSEAS, GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE RETURNING FROM OVERSEAS OFFICIAL TRIPS, OR INDONESIAN REPRESENTATIVE IN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS OR FESTIVALS UNDERGO A CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE AT A COST BY THE GOVERNMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHAIRMAN'S DECREE COVID-19 HANDLING TASK FORCE ON PLACES QUARANTINE AND RIGHT TURN PCR OBLIGATIONS FOR CITIZENS INDONESIAN FOREIGN TRAVEL ACTORS, 

(2) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZENS OUTSIDE THE CRITERIA AS REFERRED TO IN NUMBER (1) UNDERGOING QUARANTINE AT THE ACCOMMODATION CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE AT INDEPENDENT EXPENSE, AND 

(3) FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNERS OTHER THAN THE HEAD OF THE FOREIGN REPRESENTATIVE AND THE FAMILY OF THE HEAD OF THE FOREIGN REPRESENTATIVE IS UNDERGOING QUARANTINE IN CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE ACCOMMODATION AT A COST BORNE INDEPENDENTLY. 

M) AGAINST INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET VACCINATED OR HAVE RECEIVED THE FIRST DOSE OF VACCINE AND ARE RUNNING QUARANTINE WITH A DURATION OF 5 CROSS 24 HOURS, MANDATORY RTPCR TEST SECOND ON THE 4TH DAY OF QUARANTINE, 

N) IN THE CASE OF THE SECOND RIGHT TURN PCR TEST AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER M) SHOWS A NEGATIVE RESULT, INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS/FOREIGNERS ARE ALLOWED CONTINUE THE JOURNEY AND IT IS RECOMMENDED TO DO SELF-MONITORING OF HEALTH FOR SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 FOR 14 DAYS AND IMPLEMENT HEALTH PROTOCOLS, 

O) IN THE EVENT THAT THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR RETEST AS INTENDED IN THE LETTER M) SHOWS A POSITIVE RESULT, THEN IT IS DONE FOLLOW-UP WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

(1) IF ASYMPTOMATIC OR EXPERIENCING MILD SYMPTOMS, ISOLATION OR TREATMENT IS CARRIED OUT IN ISOLATION HOTELS OR CENTRALIZED ISOLATION FACILITIES DESIGNATED BY THE GOVERNMENT OR SELF-ISOLATION AT HOME WITH TIME ISOLATION/TREATMENT ACCORDING TO THE MINISTRY'S RECOMMENDATION CARRY OUT GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH, OR 

(2) IF ACCOMPANIED BY MODERATE OR SEVERE SYMPTOMS, AND/OR WITH UNCONTROLLED COMORBIDITIES, ISOLATED OR TREATMENT AT A COVID-19 REFERRAL HOSPITAL WITH ISOLATION/TREATMENT TIME ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR'S RECOMMENDATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE MINISTRY THAT CARRIES OUT THE AFFAIRS GOVERNMENT IN THE HEALTH SECTOR, AND 

(3) ALL COSTS OF HANDLING COVID-19 AND MEDICAL EVACUATION ISOLATION/CARE FOR FOREIGNERS IS CHARGED INDEPENDENTLY, WHILE FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS IT IS BORNE BY THE GOVERNMENT. 

P) IN THE EVENT THAT THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNER CANNOT FINANCE THE QUARANTINE AND/OR TREATMENT IN THE HOSPITAL AS REFERRED TO IN LETTER K), LETTER L) NUMBER (3), AND LETTER O), THEN SPONSORS, MINISTRIES/INSTITUTIONS/STATE OWNED ENTERPRISES GIVE CONSIDERATION TO THE ENTRY PERMIT FOR THE FOREIGNER CAN BE REQUESTED THE SAID ACCOUNTABILITY, 

(1) AND LETTER M) MAY BE REQUESTED FOR COMPARISON IN WRITING BY FILLING OUT THE FORM PROVIDED PORT HEALTH OFFICE OR THE MINISTRY IN CHARGE OF HEALTH AFFAIRS WITH THE INSPECTION FEE BORNE BY THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS, 

R) IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR COMPARISON TEST AS INTENDED ON THE LETTER Q) IS CARRIED OUT SIMULTANEOUSLY OR SIMULTANEOUSLY BY PORT HEALTH OFFICE IN 2 (TWO) LABORATORIES FOR EXAMINATION PURPOSES SGTF COMPARISON AND COMPARISON EXAMINATION OF RTPCR RESULTS, NAMELY IN: HEALTH RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (BALITBANGKES), CIPTO CENTRAL GENERAL HOSPITAL MANGUNKUSUMO (RSCM), ARMY CENTRAL HOSPITAL GATOT SOEBROTO (RSPAD) , BHAYANGKARA RADEN HOSPITAL SAID SUKANTO (RS. POLRI) OR OTHER GOVERNMENT LABORATORIES (ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ENGINEERING CENTER, HEALTH LABORATORY REGION, OR OTHER GOVERNMENT REFERENCE LABORATORIES),

8) APPLICATION FOR DISPENSATION IN THE FORM OF EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY QUARANTINE FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS WITH URGENT CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS: REFERRED TO IN NUMBER 7) SUBMITTED AT LEAST 3 (THREE) DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL IN INDONESIA TO THE HANDLING TASK FORCE NATIONAL COVID-19 AND CAN BE GIVEN SELECTIVELY, APPLIES INDIVIDUALLY, AND WITH LIMITED QUOTA BASED ON AGREEMENT THE RESULT OF COORDINATION BETWEEN THE COVID-19 HANDLING TASK FORCE, COORDINATING MINISTRY FOR MARITIME AFFAIRS AND INVESTMENT, AND MINISTRY OF HEALTH. 


9) STRICT HEALTH PROTOCOL AS REFERRED TO IN NUMBER 5) MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: AND CHIN WHILE INSIDE ROOM OR WHEN IN CROWD CONDITIONS, DURING FLIGHT OR IN AN AIRCRAFT, MASKS IN THE SPACE PROVIDED, IT IS ADVISED NOT TO SPEAK ONE WAY OR TWO WAYS BY PHONE OR IN PERSON ALONG THE WAY BY AIR TRANSPORTATION.

11) PROVISIONS FOR AIR TRANSPORT OPERATORS DURING THE CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) PANDEMIC, AS FOLLOWS: VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) PANDEMIC, APPLICATION, OR CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) RECEIVE A SECOND DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINE AT LEAST 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, PROOF OF OWNERSHIP HEALTH INSURANCE WITH MINIMUM COVERAGE THAT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED WHICH INCLUDES FINANCING FOR HANDLING COVID-19, AND PROOF OF PAYMENT CONFIRMATION FOR THE RESERVATION QUARANTINE ACCOMMODATION FROM ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER DURING SETTLED IN INDONESIA, 

D] MUST NOTIFY THE FLIGHT OPERATION PLAN WITHIN A PERIOD OF 3 (THREE) DAYS AHEAD AND PROVIDE A MANIFEST PASSENGERS TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AIRPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE, AIRPORT OPERATORS, AIRPORT TASK FORCES, AND PORT HEALTH OFFICE, E] IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING PASSENGERS WHO DOES NOT MEET TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (TRAVEL DOCUMENT) AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS UNTIL RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT DEPARTURE AIR, AND F] FOR FLIGHTS OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA, IT IS MANDATORY ENSURE THAT THE PASSENGERS TRANSPORTED MEET THE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED BY THE COUNTRY OF FLIGHT DESTINATION. 


12) ARRANGEMENTS FOR CARGO AIRCRAFT ORIGINATING FROM COUNTRIES WITH CASES OF CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) HEIGHT, AS FOLLOWS: FAR FROM THE REGULAR FLIGHT PARKING STAND AND IRREGULAR FLIGHTS, PLAN AND PROVIDE MANIFEST CREW AND CARGO TRANSPORTED TO THE CHAIR OF THE FACILITATION COMMITTEE AIRPORT, AIRPORT OPERATOR, AIRPORT TASK FORCE AIR, AND PORT HEALTH OFFICE, AIRCRAFT, CREW AND GOODS LUGGAGE, AS WELL AS CARGO ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE SOP, AND 

D) GROUND HANDLING PERSONNEL WHO CARRY OUT THE HANDLING AIRCRAFT MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT SUCH AS GLOVES AND MASKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE PORT HEALTH OFFICE AND AGENCIES AUTHORIZED. 


13) ARRANGEMENTS FOR AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL FROM FLIGHTS INTERNATIONAL DURING THE CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 PANDEMIC (COVID-19), AS FOLLOWS: 

(1) SHOW THE CARD OR CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) HAVE RECEIVED A SECOND DOSE OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE, 

(2) ALLOWED TO GET OFF THE AIRCRAFT AND WAIT OR STAY (ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS OF THE TIME PERIOD TRANSIT) IN THE AREA OR SPECIAL FACILITIES PROVIDED BY AIRCRAFT OPERATORS, 

(3) ACCOMMODATION FOR AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL AS REFERRED TO IN POINT (2), MUST GET A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TASK FORCE HANDLING COVID-19 THAT HAS METEOROLOGICAL THE EQUIREMENTS AND PROVISIONS OF THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION INDONESIA FOR CLEANLINESS, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY (ENVIRONMENT SUSTAINABILITY)-(CHSE) AND THE MINISTRY IN CHARGE OF HEALTH AFFAIRS FOR THE REGION JAKARTA AND ITS SURROUNDINGS OR THE RELEVANT PROVINCIAL SERVICE IN CHARGE OF HEALTH AFFAIRS IN AREAS RELATED TO COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOL CERTIFICATION, AND 

B) INDONESIAN CIVIL AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL, PROVISIONS APPLY AS FOLLOWS: 

(1) SHOW THE CARD OR CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) HAVE RECEIVED A SECOND DOSE OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE, AND 

(2) FOR DEPARTURES ABROAD FOLLOW THE PROVISIONS COUNTRY OF DESTINATION. THE HEAD OF THE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OFFICE, DO SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION WITH THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT, TNI, POLRI, AIRPORT TASK FORCE, PORT HEALTH OFFICE, RELEVANT MINISTRIES/AGENCIES AND STAKEHOLDERS TOWARDS IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH PROTOCOLS AND SELF-QUARANTINE THROUGH TELEPHONE FACILITIES, VIDEO CALLS AND CHECKING IN THE FIELD DURING THIS COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
