We are Recruiting: Part Time Junior Accounts Clerk, Full Time Operations Officers, Full Time Operations Assistants

We are Recruiting 1. Part Time Junior Accounts Clerk- REF DC-PTJAC-01 The prospective candidate should be in possession of an Advanced Level in Accounting or certificate of AAT from MCAST. He/she should be self-organised, able to work under pressure and shows motivational qualities. The following are the main duties expected to be undertaken: • Checking correctness and validity of invoices • Preparation of payments • Preparation of outgoing sales invoices • Bank and supplier reconciliation • Book-keeping entries in the general ledger • Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 would be considered an asset • General assistance to the Financial Officer as required • 3 years experience in a similar post would be considered an asset. 2. Full Time Operations Officers-REF DC-FTOO-02 The prospective candidate should have an Advanced Level standard of education. He/she should be enthusiastic about aviation and enjoys hospitality and meeting people. The candidate must have a clean police conduct, has at least 5 years driving experience and able to lift up to 30 kgs unaided. Must be fluent in Maltese and English and has ECDL or Equivalent. The following are the main duties to be undertaken: • Work on a shift basis (including nights) • 6 day week • Provide ramp handling to executive aircraft • Meet and greet customers including luggage assistance and driving of customers • Will report to the Operations supervisor The chosen candidate will be expected to work with minimum supervision and must have own initiative and works well in a team and under pressure. 3. Full Time Operations Assistants-REF DC-FTOA-03 The prospective candidate should have and O Level standard of education. He/she should be enthusiastic about aviation and enjoys hospitality and meeting people. The candidate must have a clean police conduct, has at least 5 years driving experience and able to lift up to 30 kgs unaided. Must be fluent in Maltese and English.
