Our combined organisation is committed to maintaining the culinary excellence and strong customer service throughout the integration and providing you with the level of service and product quality that you have come to expect. A dedicated team from across the organisation will ensure that the transition period is seamless for you while seeking new ways to improve overall service levels. We look forward to providing you with an even more comprehensive and innovative menu and concierge solution, with on-site high-loader support at FAB and STN, where we shall be able to service any quick turnaround requests for any aircraft, along with guaranteed unique fresh produce from our new farm, solely supporting On Air Dining’s food production. Not to mention our new Café in FAB at Flight Safety, where all crew can get a free coffee and try some of our food range before you order for your next flight.
