The Boeing Company and Aerion Corporation came together to develop a supersonic businessjet to take off in 2023, and is one of many supersonic craft being developed by both Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
The AS2 is designed to travel at Mach 1.4, or 1,000 miles an hour while providing luxury and comfort.
In June 2018, Boeing had released renderings of a plane capable of going Mach 5 that is slowly coming to life.
Lockheed Martin, another aerospace company, is also working on a supersonic jet, which entered production in November.
These new concepts come more than 15 years after the last Concorde flight.
Start-ups and big companies are slowly looking to bring supersonic aircraft back to commercial passengers.
