NOTAM message

COVID-19: ALL PASSENGERS MAY ENTER THAILAND WITH THE FOLLOWING MEASURES. 

1) FULLY VACCINATED PASSENGERS MAY ENTER THE COUNTRY WITHOUT FURTHER TESTING. HOWEVER, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL PASSENGERS TAKE A RAPID ANTIGEN TEST IF THERE ARE NOTICEABLE SYMPTOMS. 


2) NON-FULLY VACCINATED PASSENGERS OR NON-VACCINATED PASSENGERS MAY TAKE THE RIGHT TURN PCR TEST NO LONGER THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE FLIGHT IN ORDER TO GET THE SAME PRIVILEGE AS THE FULLY VACCINATED PASSENGERS THOSE WITHOUT RIGHT TURN PCR TEST RESULTS MAY NEED TO BE QUARANTINED PER THE INSTRUCTION FROM THE QUARANTINE OFFICER AND MUST BE TESTED ON DAY 4 OR 5 OF THE QUARANTINE. 


3) ALL PASSENGERS (EXCLUDED THAI NATIONALITIES) MUST HAVE INSURANCE OF AT LEAST USD 10,000 OR A SUPPORTING LETTER COVERING THE STAYING PERIOD IN THAILAND. ALL PASSENGERS MAY UNDERGO THE TREATMENT USING THIS INSURANCE IF CONTRACTED WITH COVID. 


4) ALL PASSENGERS MUST SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WHILE REGISTERING FOR THAILAND PASS BEFORE TRAVELING. THE QR CODE WILL BE GRANTED ONCE ALL THE DOCUMENTS ARE APPROVED. THE AIRLINE MAY REJECT PASSENGERS IF THEY FAIL TO PRESENT THE THAILAND PASS QR CODE. 


5) THE AIRLINE MUST CHECK THAT PASSENGERS HAVE THAILAND PASS QR CODE. IN CASE OF ARRIVAL WITH NO THAILAND PASS, IT IS THE AIRLINE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF ITS PASSENGERS 


6) THE AIRPORTS AND ALL RELATED DEPARTMENTS MUST STRICTLY FOLLOWING ALL MEASURES SUCH AS WEARING MASKS AND THERMAL CHECKS AND ENTRY AND EXIT SCREENING AS DIRECTED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF THAILAND.
