INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OVERSEAS TRAVEL BY AIR TRANSPORTATION DURING THE CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) PANDEMIC ARE AS FOLLOWS: 

1.INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS ENTER THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA THROUGH THE ENTRY POINT OF FOREIGN TRAVEL AT THE AIRPORT: SOEKARNO HATTA, BANTEN (WIII) JUANDA, SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA (WARR) I GUSTI NGURAH RAI, BALI (WADD) HANG NADIM, BATAM, RIAU ISLANDS (WIDD) RAJA HAJI FISABILILLAH, TANJUNG PINANG, RIAU ISLANDS (WIDN) SAM RATULANGI, MANADO, NORTH SULAWESI (WAMM) ZAINUDDIN ABDUL MADJID, WEST NUSA TENGGARA (WADL) H. 2.THE ENTRY POINT AS REFER TO NUMBER 1) LETTER K, L, M, N, O, P ARE ONLY INTENDED AS ENTRY POINT FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INVOLVED IN THE PROGRAM HAJJ AND OPENED IN THE SPAN OF JUNE 4 2022 TO AUGUST 15 2022. 


3.INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER INDONESIA BY CONTINUING TO FOLLOW STRICT HEALTH PROTOCOLS AS SET BY THE GOVERNMENT. 


4.INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR FOREIGNERS CAN ENTER THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA WITH THE FOLLOWIN 

4.1IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS REGARDING REGULATED 

4.2IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT SCHEME (BILATERAL), SUCH AS THE TRAVEL CORRIDOR ARRANGEMENTS (TCA) AND/OR 

4.3OBTAIN SPECIAL CONSIDERATION/PERMISSION IN WRITING FROM INISTRIES/INSTITUTIONS.


5.TERMS/REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER INDONESIAN TERRITORY THROUGH THE ENTRY POINT IS AS FOLLOWS:

5.1COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE HEALTH PROTOCOL SET BY THE GOVERNMENT 

5.2INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE PEDULILINDUNG APPLICATION AND DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION BEFORE DEPARTURE 

5.3INDICATES THAT THE CARD/CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) HAS BEEN RECEIVE A SECOND DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINE AT LEAST 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE AS A REQUIREMENT ENTER INDONESIA WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS : 

5.3.1 INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VACCINE WILL BE VACCINATED AT THE ENTRY POINT OF OVERSEAS TRAVEL AFTER DONE RIGHT TURN PCR EXAMINATION ON ARRIVAL WITH NEGATIVE RESULT OR IN A QUARANTINE PLACE AFTER INSPECTION SECOND RTPCR WITH NEGATIVE RESULT 

5.3.2 INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR FOREIGNERS WHO ARE ALREADY IN INDONESIA AND WILL TRAVEL, BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONALLY, ARE REQUIRED TO VACCINATE THROUGH A PROGRAM SCHEME OR GOTONG ROYONG ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE LEGISLATION 

5.3.3 THE CARD/CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) HAS RECEIVED SECOND DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH, OTHER THAN THE LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.

5.4 OBLIGATION TO SHOW VACCINATION CARD OR CERTIFICATE COVID19 (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) AS REFER TO IN LETTER 

5.4.1INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNERS HOLDING DIPLOMATIC VISAS AND SERVICE VISAS RELATED TO OFFICIAL VISITS/STATE OFFICIALS FOREIGN MINISTERS AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL AND ABOVE AND FOREIGNERS WHO ENTER INDONESIA WITH THE TRAVEL CORRIDOR ARRANGEMENT SCHEME, ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLE OF RECIPROCITY BY CONTINUING TO APPLY STRICT HEALTH PROTOCOLS 

5.4.2INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNERS WHO HAVE NOT VACCINATED AND INTENDS TO TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY WITHIN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY BY FLIGHT INTERNATIONAL OUT OF THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA, IT IS ALLOWED NOT TO SHOW THE CARD/CERTIFICATE COVID-19 VACCINATION AS LONGITUDE AS YOU DON'T LEAVE THE AREA AIRPORT DURING TRANSIT WAITING FOR FLIGHT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL TO BE FOLLOWED, WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: 5.4.2.1 HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED BY THE PORT HEALTH OFFICE (KKP) LOCAL TO TRAVEL DOMESTIC IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY WITH INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS OUT OF INDONESIAN TERRITORY AND 

5.4.2.2 SHOWS THE FLIGHT TICKET SCHEDULE ABROAD INDONESIA FOR DIRECT TRANSIT FROM THE CITY DEPARTURE TO THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN TERRITORY OF INDONESIA WITH THE FINAL DESTINATION TO THE COUNTRY OBJECTIVE 

5.4.3INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD AND 

5.4.4INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FULL DOSE OF VACCINATION WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE ISOLATION OR TREATMENT COVID-19 AND HAS BEEN DECLARED INACTIVE IN TRANSMITTING COVID-19, WITH THE REQUIREMENT TO ATTACH A LETTER DOCTOR'S STATEMENT FROM THE STATE GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL DEPARTURE OR THE MINISTRY THAT ORGANIZES GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS IN THE HEALTH SECTOR IN THE COUNTRY DEPARTURE STATING THAT THE CONCERNED IS NO LONGER ACTIVELY TRANSMITTING COVID-19 OR COVID-19 RECOVERY CERTIFICATE 

5.4.5INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR DISEASE COMORBIDITIES THAT CAUSE TRAVELERS NOT TO CAN RECEIVE THE VACCINE, WITH MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ATTACH A DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE FROM THE HOSPITAL THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COUNTRY OF DEPARTURE WHICH STATES THAT THE PERSON CONCERNED HAS NOT AND/OR CANNOT FOLLOWING THE COVID-19 VACCINATION. 

5.5 IN THE EVENT THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WILL CARRY OUT CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE BY SELF-FINANCING, MUST SHOW PROOF OF CONFIRMATION PAYMENT FOR BOOKING QUARANTINE ACCOMMODATION FROM ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER WHILE STAYING IN INDONESIA 

5.6 UPON ARRIVAL, INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS IS REQUIRED TO UNDERGO CHECK FOR SYMPTOMS RELATED TO COVID-19 INCLUDING CHECKING BODY TEMPERATURE AND CONTINUING WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

5.6.1IN THE EVENT THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS IS DETECTED AS HAVING SYMPTOMS RELATED WITH COVID-19 AND/OR HAVE A BODY TEMPERATURE ABOVE 37.5 DEGREES CELSIUS, MUST UNDERGO RE-EXAMINATION RIGHT TURN PCR WITH COSTS BORNE BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS AND THE COSTS ARE BORNE INDEPENDENTLY FOR FOREIGNERS OR 

5.6.2IN THE EVENT THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS IS DETECTED, IT DOES NOT HAVE THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS RELATED TO COVID-19 AND HAVING A BODY TEMPERATURE OF BELOW 37.5 DEGREES CELSIUS, CAN CONTINUE THE JOURNEY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

5.6.2.1FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET VACCINATED OR HAVE RECEIVED THE FIRST DOSE OF VACCINE AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, REQUIRED TO QUARANTINE FOR 5 CROSS 24 HOURS 

5.6.2.2 FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE SECOND DOSE OF VACCINE OR THIRD AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE,ALLOWED TO CONTINUE JOURNEY 

5.6.2.3FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND/OR NEED SPECIAL PROTECTION, THEN QUARANTINE ARRANGEMENTS FOLLOW THE PROVISIONS APPLIED TO PARENTS OR CAREGIVER/TRAVEL COMPANION OR 

5.6.2.4 FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR COMORBID DISEASE THAT CAUSES THE ERPETRATOR THE TRIP HAS NOT AND/OR CANNOT FOLLOW COVID19 VACCINATION,ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TRAVEL WITH REQUIRED TO ATTACH A LETTER DOCTOR'S STATEMENT FROM THE STATE GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL DEPARTURE STATING THAT THE CONCERNED HAS NOT AND/OR CANNOT FOLLOW COVID-19 VACCINATION.

5.7AFTER RIGHT TURN PCR SAMPLING ON ARRIVAL AS REFER TO IN LETTER GRAVITY )NUMBER(1), INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS CONTINUE WITH:

5.7.1INSPECTION OF IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS AND CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS EXCISE DUTY 

5.7.2BAGGAGE COLLECTION AND BAGGAGE DISINFECTION 

5.7.3PICK UP AND DROP OFF DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL,PLACE LODGING ACCOMMODATION,OR RESIDENCE 

5.7.4WAITING FOR THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR EXAMINATION IN THE HOTEL ROOM, A ROOM AT AN INN ACCOMMODATION,OR A PLACE LIVE AND 

5.7.5NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL ROOM,A ROOM AT AN INN ACCOMMODATION,OR A PLACE STAY AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE THE RESULTS OF THE RTPCR EXAMINATION SHOWS NEGATIVE RESULTS. 

5.8IN THE EVENT THAT THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR RE-EXAMINATION AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AS REFER TO IN LETTER GRAVITY )NUMBER(1)SHOWS A NEGATIVE RESULT THEN THE PROVISIONS APPLY AS FOLLOWS: 

5.8.1FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET VACCINATED OR HAVE RECEIVED THE FIRST DOSE OF VACCINE FOR AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO QUARANTINE FOR 5 CROSS 24 HOURS 

5.8.2 FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE SECOND DOSE OF VACCINE OR THIRD AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY 

5.8.3 FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND/OR IN NEED SPECIAL PROTECTION, THEN QUARANTINE SETTINGS FOLLOW THE RULES THAT APPLY TO PARENTS OR CAREGIVER/TRAVEL COMPANION OR 

5.8.4 FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR DISEASES COMORBIDITIES THAT CAUSE TRAVELERS TO HAVE NOT AND/OR UNABLE TO FOLLOW THE COVID-19 VACCINATION, ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY. 

5.9IN THE EVENT THAT THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS HAS OBTAINED A NEGATIVE RESULT ON RIGHT TURN PCR RE-EXAMINATION ON ARRIVAL AND ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE JOURNEY AS REFER TO NUMBER 5.8.2 AND 5.8.4, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CARRY OUT SELF-MONITORING OF HEALTH AGAINST THE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 FOR 14 DAYS BY APPLYING HEALTH PROTOCOLS 

5.10IN THE EVENT THAT THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHT TURN PCR RE-EXAMINATION AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AS REFER TO 5.6.1 SHOWS A POSITIVE RESULT, THEN FOLLOW-UP WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

5.10.1IF ASYMPTOMATIC OR EXPERIENCING MILD SYMPTOMS, ISOLATED/TREATED IN ISOLATION HOTELS OR FACILITIES CENTRALIZED ISOLATION IMPOSED BY THE GOVERNMENT OR ISOLATION INDEPENDENT AT HOME WITH ISOLATION/TREATMENT TIME ACCORDING TO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OR 

5.10.2IF ACCOMPANIED BY MODERATE OR SEVERE SYMPTOMS, MINISTRY OF HEALTH OR AND/OR WITH UNCONTROLLED COMORBIDITIES, ISOLATED OR TREATMENT AT A COVID-19 REFERRAL HOSPITAL WITH ISOLATION/TREATMENT TIME ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR'S RECOMMENDATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND 

5.10.3 ALL COSTS OF HANDLING COVID-19 AND MEDICAL EVACUATION FOR FOREIGNERS ARE CHARGED INDEPENDENTLY, WHILE FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS BORNE BY THE GOVERNMENT. 

5.11 QUARANTINE OBLIGATIONS AS REFER TO 5.6.2.1 AND 5.8.1 IS EXECUTED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

5.11.1 FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZENS, NAMELY INDONESIAN MIGRANT WORKERS (PMI) STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR STUDIES AT OVERSEAS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE RETURNING FROM OVERSEAS OFFICIAL TRIPS OR INDONESIAN REPRESENTATIVE IN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS OR FESTIVALS UNDERGO A CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE AT A COST BY THE GOVERNMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHAIRMAN'S DECREE COVID-19 HANDLING TASK FORCE ON PLACES QUARANTINE AND RIGHT TURN PCR OBLIGATIONS FOR CITIZENS INDONESIAN FOREIGN TRAVEL ACTORS 

5.11.2FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZENS OUTSIDE THE CRITERIA AS REFER TO IN NUMBER (1) UNDERGOING QUARANTINE AT THE ACCOMMODATION CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE AT INDEPENDENT EXPENSE AND 

5.11.3FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOREIGNERS OTHER THAN THE HEAD OF THE FOREIGN REPRESENTATIVE AND THE FAMILY OF HOSPITAL GATOT SOEBROTO (RSPAD) , BHAYANGKARA RADEN HOSPITAL SAID SUKANTO (RS. POLRI) OR OTHER GOVERNMENT LABORATORIES (BALAI TEKNIK KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN, HEALTH LABORATORY REGION, OR OTHER GOVERNMENT REFERENCE LABORATORIES) 


6.QUARANTINE ACCOMMODATION AS REFER TO 5.11.2 AND 5.11.3 IS MANDATORY GET A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TASK FORCE FOR HANDLING COVID-19 19 WHO HAVE METEOROLOGICAL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INDONESIAN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION FOR CLEANLINESS (CLEANLINESS), HEALTH (HEALTH),SECURITY (SAFETY), AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY (CHSE) OR MINISTRY OF HEALTH FOR THE REGION JAKARTA AND ITS SURROUNDINGS OR THE PROVINCIAL OFFICE IN CHARGE OF HEALTH AFFAIRS IN THE REGIONS RELATED TO PROTOCOL CERTIFICATION COVID-19 HEALTH 


7.AS A REQUIREMENT FOR ABROAD DEPARTURE FROM INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZEN WITH THE AGE OF 18 YEARS AND OVER MUST SHOW A CARD/CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) HAS RECEIVED THE THIRD DOSE OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE (BOOSTER) SHOWED THROUGH PEDULILINDUNGI APPLICATION. 


8.PROVISIONS AS SET FORTH IN FIGURE 7 ARE EXCLUDED FOR:

8.1INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZEN WHO HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS OR COMORBID DISEASE WHICH CAUSES TRAVELERS CANNOT RECEIVE VACCINE,WITH REQUIREMENTS TO ATTACH A DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE FROM THE GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL THAT DOES NOT RECEIVE THE VACCINES AND/OR ACTIVITY OF THE ACTIVITY OF COVID-19 

8.2INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZENS WHO HAVE COMPLETE ISOLATION OR TREATMENT OF COVID-19 AND HAVE BEEN DECLARED IN ACTIVELY TRANSMITTING COVID-19 BUT CAN'T GET THE THIRD DOSE OF VACCINATION (BOOSTER), WITH REQUIREMENTS YOU SHOULD ATTACH A CERTIFICATE OF A MEDICAL OR A MEDICAL HOUSEHOLD THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN INACTIVELY TRANSMITTING COVID-19 OR COVID-19 RECOVERY CERTIFICATE. 


9.DISPENSATION IN THE FORM OF EXEMPTION FROM QUARANTINE OBLIGATIONS CAN BE GIVEN TO INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZENS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE VACCINE SECOND DOSE WITH URGENCY (SUCH AS: HAVE A CONDITION A LIFE-THREATENING HEALTH CONDITION, A HEALTH CONDITION THAT REQUIRES SPECIAL ATTENTION, OR GRIEF BECAUSE NUCLEAR FAMILY MEMBER DIES) WITH THE OBLIGATION TO FOLLOW PROCEDURE FOR CHECKING SYMPTOMS RELATED TO COVID-19 INCLUDING CHECKING BODY TEMPERATURE AS REFER TO 5.6 


10.APPLICATION FOR DISPENSATION IN THE FORM OF EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY QUARANTINE FOR INDONESIAN CITIZENS WITH URGENT CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS: REFER TO NUMBER 9 SUBMITTED AT LEAST 3 (THREE) DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL IN INDONESIA TO THE HANDLING TASK FORCE NATIONAL COVID-19 AND CAN BE GIVEN SELECTIVELY, APPLIES INDIVIDUALLY,AND WITH LIMITED QUOTA BASED ON AGREEMENT THE RESULT OF COORDINATION BETWEEN THE COVID-19 HANDLING TASK FORCE, COORDINATING MINISTRY FOR MARITIME AFFAIRS AND INVESTMENT,AND MINISTRY OF HEALTH.11.STRICT AND WITH LIMITED QUOTA BASED ON AGREEMENT THE RESULT OF COORDINATION BETWEEN THE COVID-19 HANDLING TASK FORCE, COORDINATING MINISTRY FOR MARITIME AFFAIRS AND INVESTMENT,AND MINISTRY OF HEALTH. 


11.STRICT HEALTH PROTOCOL AS REFER TO IN NUMBER 5 MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

11.1USE A 3-PLY CLOTH MASK OR MEDICAL MASK THAT COVER YOUR NOSE, MOUTH AND CHIN WHILE INSIDE ROOM OR WHEN IN CROWD CONDITIONS, DURING FLIGHT OR IN AN AIRCRAFT 

11.2CHANGING MASKS REGULARLY EVERY FOUR HOURS, AND DISPOSE OF WASTE MASKS IN THE SPACE PROVIDED 

11.3WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY WITH SOAP AND WATER OR HAND SANITIZER, ESPECIALLY AFTER TOUCHING OBJECTS THAT TOUCHED BY OTHERS 

11.4MAINTAIN A MINIMUM DISTANCE OF 1.5METERS FROM OTHER PEOPLE AND AVOIDING CROWDS AND 

11.5 IT IS ADVISED NOT TO SPEAK ONE WAY OR TWO WAYS BY PHONE OR IN PERSON ALONG THE WAY BY AIR TRANSPORTATION. 


12.EVERY TRANSPORTATION OPERATOR AT THE ENTRY POINT OF FOREIGN TRAVEL COUNTRIES ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE PEDULILINDUNG APPLICATION

13.1COMPLY WITH FLIGHT OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS DURING THE CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) PANDEMIC 

13.2INFORMING AIRCRAFT PASSENGERS TO USE THE PEDULILINDUNGI APPLICATION 

13.3MUST CHECK AND ENSURE THE PASSENGERS BEING TRANSPORTED HAVE A CARD OR CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) COVID-19 VACCINE ACCORDING TO TRAVEL REQUIREMENT, PROOF OF OWNERSHIP HEALTH INSURANCE WITH MINIMUM COVERAGE THAT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED WHICH INCLUDES FINANCING FOR HANDLING COVID-19, AND PROOF OF PAYMENT CONFIRMATION FOR THE RESERVATION QUARANTINE ACCOMMODATION FROM ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER DURING SETTLED IN INDONESIA 

13.4MUST NOTIFY THE FLIGHT OPERATION PLAN WITHIN A PERIOD OF3(THREE) DAYS AHEAD AND PROVIDE A MANIFEST PASSENGERS TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AIRPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE, AIRPORT OPERATORS,AIRPORT TASK FORCES,AND PORT HEALTH OFFICE 

13.5IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING PASSENGERS WHO DOES NOT MEET TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS(TRAVEL DOCUMENT)AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS UNTIL RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT DEPARTURE AIR AND 

13.6FOR FLIGHTS OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY OF INDONESIA,IT IS MANDATORY ENSURE THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS INDONESIAN CITIZEN WITH THE AGE OF 18 YEARS AND OVER GET THE THIRD DOSE OF VACCINATION(BOOSTER) AND PASSANGER TRANSPORTED MEET THE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED BY THE COUNTRY OF FLIGHT DESTINATION.


14.ARRANGEMENTS FOR CARGO AIRCRAFT ORIGINATING FROM COUNTRIES WITH HIGH CASES OF CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19),AS FOLLOWS:

14.1AIRPORT OPERATORS MUST DETERMINE ISOLATED PARKING AREA WHICH IS FAR FROM THE REGULAR FLIGHT PARKING STAND AND IRREGULAR FLIGHTS 

14.2 AIR TRANSPORT OPERATORS ARE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY AIRCRAFT ARRIVAL PLAN AND PROVIDE MANIFEST CREW AND CARGO TRANSPORTED TO THE CHAIR OF THE FACILITATION COMMITTEE AIRPORT, AIRPORT OPERATOR,AIRPORT TASK FORCE AIR,AND PORT HEALTH OFFICE 

14.3AIR TRANSPORT OPERATORS CARRY OUT CLEANING(DISINFECTION)OF AIRCRAFT, CREW AND GOODS LUGGAGE,AS WELL AS CARGO ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE SOP AND 

14.4GROUND HANDLING PERSONNEL WHO CARRY OUT THE HANDLING AIRCRAFT MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT(PPE) SUCH AS GLOVES AND MASKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE PORT HEALTH OFFICE AND AGENCIES AUTHORIZED. 


15.ARRANGEMENTS FOR AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL FROM FLIGHTS INTERNATIONAL DURING THE CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 PANDEMIC(COVID-19), AS FOLLOWS:

15.1FOREIGN CIVIL AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL, THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS APPLY: FOLLOWING:

15.1.1 SHOW THE CARD OR CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL)HAVE RECEIVED A SECOND DOSE OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE 

15.1.2 ALLOWED TO GET OFF THE AIRCRAFT AND WAIT OR STAY(ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS OF THE TIME PERIOD TRANSIT)IN THE AREA OR SPECIAL FACILITIES PROVIDED BY AIRCRAFT OPERATORS 

15.1.3ACCOMMODATION FOR AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL AS REFER TO IN POINT 15.1.2 MUST GET A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TASK FORCE HANDLING COVID-19 THAT HAS METEOROLOGICAL THE REQUIREMENTS AND PROVISIONS OF THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION INDONESIA FOR CLEANLINESS, HEALTH (HEALTH),SECURITY (SAFETY),AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY (ENVIRONMENT SUSTAINABILITY)-(CHSE) AND THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH FOR THE REGION JAKARTA AND ITS SURROUNDINGS OR THE RELEVANT PROVINCIAL SERVICE IN CHARGE OF HEALTH AFFAIRS IN AREAS RELATED TO COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOL CERTIFICATION 

15.2INDONESIAN CIVIL AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL, PROVISIONS APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

15.2.1SHOW THE CARD OR CERTIFICATE (PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL) HAVE RECEIVED A SECOND DOSE OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE AND 

15.2.2FOR DEPARTURES ABROAD FOLLOW THE PROVISIONS COUNTRY OF DESTINATION.DIRECTORS WITHIN THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF CIVIL AVIATION AND THE HEAD OF THE AIRPORT AUTHORITY, DO SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION WITH THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT,TNI,POLRI,AIRPORT TASK FORCE,PORT HEALTH OFFICE,RELEVANT MINISTRIES/AGENCIES AND STAKEHOLDERS TOWARDS IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH PROTOCOLS AND SELF-QUARANTINE THROUGH TELEPHONE FACILITIES, VIDEO CALLS AND CHECKING IN THE FIELD DURING THIS COVID-19 PANDEMIC. WITH THE ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THIS CIRCULAR LETTER, THE CIRCULAR LETTER MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION NUMBER SOUTH EAST 58 OF 2022 CONCERNING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONDUCTING OVERSEAS TRAVEL WITH AIR TRANSPORTATION DURING THE CORONA VIRUS DISEASE PANDEMIC 2019 (COVID-19) AS AMENDED BY LETTER CIRCULAR OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION NUMBER SOUTH EAST 62 OF 2022 REVOKED AND DECLARED INVALID
