In 1997, the Japanese company Honda joined the pool of world aircraft manufacturers, launching the seven-seater, super-fast business-class aircraft HondaJet.

Its main feature was the location of the engines above the wings (usually they are located at the tail end). HondaJet is able to reach speeds of over 770 km/h and fly at an altitude of 13,100m.

The maximum flight range is about 2,200 km.

By the way, this is the first aircraft in Japan that is entirely (including engines) manufactured by one firm without any government support.
