Hurricane Florence is still a Category 4 storm with sustained winds of 115 knots. The ″cone of uncertainty″ shows the possible path of the center of the storm. Overnight, that cone shifted just a little more to the south. However, hurricane force winds are reaching 75 miles from the center, while the tropical storm force winds of 34 - 63 knots extend as much as 175 miles from the center.
